Please take note that Yahoo is currently blocking some of our EDEX emails due to misconfiguration on their side. This means if your 2FA relies on emails at Yahoo, you will not get it since Yahoo is blocking our emails. (This is out of our control)
16/3 Update: We are also seeing issues with Live.com emails
There are no reported issues with Gmail.
We apologise for the inconvenience and our Global Engineering Team is currently assessing the situation.
In the meantime, you can solve the issue by sending us an email to disable your 2FA and then you can use AUTHY as the new 2FA tool (instead of email). Download and install AUTHY on your phone at https://authy.com ; then email us to disable the 2FA so that you run through the 2FA verification again.
