Please take note that EDC and ETH addresses are unique (even though they may start with the same 0x address).
Users are responsible for their own funds. Users shall ensure the correct address is used for their deposits and withdrawals.
We will not be responsible for the following scenarios:
- Users mistakenly sends EDC balances to a wrong ETH address (on EDEX only)
- Users mistakenly sends ETH balances to a wrong EDC address (on EDEX) only)
All EDEX support tickets (as per above scenarios only) shall be entertained on a case by case basis as we cannot respond to all refund requests.
20% Penalty fee will be charged accordingly and this refund may take up to 60 days.
Reminder: You will lose EDC or ETH funds if it is mistakenly sent to an ETH address that is not controlled by EDEX. EDEX will not be responsible for loss of funds in above cases.
