Protect Yourself from Scams

At EDEXCHANGE, we dedicate a lot of time, sweat and blood to detecting and preventing fraud from bad actors. Unfortunately, scammers can be super smart and trick you into handing them the passwords of your account.

In order to stay safe, remember these two important things:

•           Never give out your phone number, two factor authentication numbers (2FA) to anyone via phone calls, SMS,  WhatsApp or Telegram.

•           If someone claims you’ve won a contest organized by  EDEXCHANGE (which you did not participate in) and they need your details to claim the winning items, it’s most likely a scam.

It is better to be safe than sorry.
